Room 201–Observed three missing light bulbs from ceiling fan. Room 213–Observed blown light bulb at left side night stand lamp. Room 221–Observed floor lamp missing light bulb. Owner states that all lighting will be checked in all rooms within 24 hours. All blown bulbs or inoperable lamps will be repaired or replaced.

Inspector Notes: Room 115–Middle dresser drawer busted and falling out of dresser. Room 201–Right side nightstand drawer handle missing screw or broken. Handle loose and falling down. Room 202–Dresser drawers observed excessive debris/trash, etc. in dresser and nightstand drawers. Broken dressers noted at to be repaired or replaced within 30 days. Owner to discuss with housekeeping staff to wipe out and vacuum drawers at time rooms are cleaned. Drawers of rooms inspected are to be vacuumed with 24 hours.
