Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed soiled food contact surfaces of the Manitowoc ice machine, and the inside cavity of the microwave. Mildew on the inside of ice machine and deposits/debris on the inside of the microwave. PIC will have them both cleaned today.

Inspector Notes: Observed Wendy’s not following procedures of (TPHC) Time as a Public Health Control. Containers put out at serving line without any time written on them and containers of TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods past the four hour allowance. Lettuce put out at 9:00 AM; still out at 2:45 PM. Containers of lettuce and slice tomatoes put out without any time on them. PIC discarded item past four hours and will retrain employees on TPHC by end of week, 10/11/19.
