On Tuesday, October 15, 2019, in the afternoon hours, Investigator Vincent Edmond was on duty and located at the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office. Decatur-Grady E-911 dispatched a call of a burglary at 3710 E. River Road Bainbridge, GA 39817. DCSO Patrol Lieutenant Pat Trolinger acknowledged the call and responded. Lt. Trolinger then called Investigator Edmond and advised him of the burglary and the items that were being reported stolen. It should be noted that Investigator Edmond was working a ring of burglaries and thefts that were linked to a Michael Stephen Allen of Blakely, Georgia.
