Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F. TCS food shall be maintained at 41°F or below. COS: PIC discarded all of the food and has turned in a work order to get the cooler repaired. Will use another unit to maintain temperature until WIC is operating properly.
