OFFENDER: TERRI EZELL
On 01-27-2018, at approximately 0034 hours, Sergeant Adam Mobley was passing the Quick Buys on Whigham Dairy Road when he was flagged down by Charlie Mills. Sgt. Mobley made contact with Mills and an unidentified female. Mills stated they were having a verbal altercation. The female later identified herself as Terri Ezell and Sgt. Mobley ran her through GCIC. Ezell came back wanted out of Grady County for Failure to Appear. Sgt. Mobley placed her under arrest and transported her to the Decatur County Jail for a Quick-Book. Sgt. Mobley then transported her to the Grady County line, where he transferred custody of Ezell to the Grady County S.O.
