Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surface of Walmart microwave on front counter. Observed rust on the inside food contact surface. PIC removed microwave and will get a new one.

Inspector Notes: Observed ready to eat TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) food held over 24 hours and not date marked. Observed ready to eat smoked sausage opened 10/23/21 and ready to eat sliced ham opened 10/22/21 per PIC. Both items located in Artic Air Unit #2. COS: PIC properly date marked all items.
