Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surface of drink machine nozzles in the lobby and used by customers. Observed black mildew inside the nozzles where the drink comes thru. CFSM/PIC removed all the nozzles and had employee take to dishwashing station to be cleaned today.

Christopher Mills is the general manager on elm street in Tyler,Tx he is very unprofessional when it comes to customers he’s very aggressive towards women and the store behind the scenes is very filthy a friend of mines that is currently employed there has pictures of filth I wouldn’t advise anyone to eat here
