Inspector Notes: Observed a large box of raw pork bacon opened in Artic Air Unit and stored over ready-to-eat cream cheese and whipped butter boxes. COS: Employee removed the raw bacon and stored it on another shelf properly.

Inspector Notes: Observed no sanitizer available in the kitchen for employee to sanitize utensils and equipment. PIC stated they do not have any at this time. COS: Employee when out and got sanitizing solution for the three compartment sink. Can not operate the kitchen without sanitizer.

Inspector Notes: Observed the inspection report, permit and CFSM certificate posted in the back by kitchen and back door. Not in public view and posted 15′ from maintenance. COS: Employee removed items and posted them in front where they were before.
