Inspector Notes: Observed men’s and women’s bathhouse not maintained and repaired as needed. Observed women’s bathhouse entry door rotted, missing shower curtains (on floor), door falling of restroom #1. Men’s bathhouse shower floors not in good repair. Grout is missing between tile. Shower #2 has excessive mildew on shower floor. Both bathhouses need upgrading and major repairs. Permit holder is to provided EH with a plan of corrective action for upgrading and repairing bathhouse by July 22, 2021.

Inspector Notes: Observed window sill and ledges in Cabin 1 and 2 very dusty. Also, dead bugs behind curtains. Cabin 2 has excessive cobwebs on ceiling, corners and walls. Cabin window sills and ledges, walls, and ceilings to be cleaned to sight and touch by 07/18/2021. Found used washcloth hanging on shower curtain rod in Cabin 1. Replace cracked electrical receptacle in bedroom #2 in Cabin 2 by 07/18/2021.
