On May 9, 2021, at approximately 1042 hours, Deputy (Dep.) Patrick Wilkinson, Deputy (Dep.) Gary Hines, and Sergeant (Sgt.) Edwin Harvey, responded to 137 Chapman Hall road, in Bainbridge, Georgia, in reference to Shots Fired.

On May 09, 2021, at approximately 1946 hours, Corporal Jordan Phillips was on a traffic stop at Mile Marker 31 on Colquitt Highway when a silver Nissan Altima stopped in the middle of the road. The female driver, Joni Teart, began yelling to Cpl. Phillips that her son was Wanted out of Blakely, Georgia. Cpl. Phillips told Teart to pull over to the side of the road. Cpl. Phillips transported the juvenile to the Decatur County Jail to be picked up by the Early County Sheriff’s Office.

On Monday, May 10, 2021, at 2000 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Vincent Edmond was on duty and located at Highway 309 near Mile Marker 12. Inv. Edmond was assisting the Georgia State Patrol with a Felony Drug Stop.

On May 10, 2021, at approximately 1914 hours, Investigator William McClanahan was on-call and located in Decatur County, GA. INV McClanahan received a phone call to respond to mm12 on Fowlstown RD., in reference to Found Narcotics, by Georgia State Patrol. Upon arrival INV. McClanahan made contact with Trooper Joshua Stark. Stark stated that he was driving south on Fowlstown Road near mm9 when a blue in color vehicle passed him going north at a speed of 72mph in a 55mph zone. Stark stated that he activated his emergency lights and siren and turned around to perform a traffic stop on the vehicle.

On May 11, 2021, at approximately 1748 hours, Deputy Andrew Davidson was dispatch to a Domestic in progress. Dispatch gave the address of 152 Northside Drive. Deputy Davidson and SGT Chris Jackson arrived on scene at 1800 hours. Deputy Hollis. Smith arrived shortly after. Upon arrival, the aggressive party, later identified as Beau Brock, had left the scene.
