Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed soiled floors, walls, kitchen doors, floors in kitchen, floors under coolers, equipment, freezer, shelves, etc. Deep cleaning needed throughout kitchen area–floors, walls, and doors. PIC stated they will paint the doors to the kitchen within one week and have floors and walls cleaned within three to five days.
