Inspector Notes: Observed pans, utensils, strainer in 3-compartment sink at the church kitchen not being properly sanitized. Employee did not know what they used to sanitize with and had no test strips. CFSM will properly train employees on sanitizing procedures today. There was no sanitizer at 3-compartment sink. Dish and utensils were not being sanitized.
