Inspector Notes: Observed outdoor ice machine soiled and damaged on exterior with mold and algae growth on interior. Ice machine should be cleaned initially and maintained on a regular cleaning schedule.

Inspector Notes: Observed mold and damaged ventilation fans in several of the bathrooms inspected (see attached pictures). Housekeeping should be made aware of this issue and cleaning schedule for rooms should include looking for mold / mildew issues. Damaged or loose ventilation fans should be repaired or replaced to ensure properly working and tight fitting fans in every restroom. Rooms 101 and 109 need ventilation fans repaired. Room 112 had a strong smell of mold upon entry.

Inspector Notes: Observed outside dumpster area with trash, debris, and unused items on ground adjacent to dumpster. Observed dumpster lid left open when not in use. Dumpster area should be cleaned and all items, debris, trash, etc. removed from area. Dumpster area should be placed on regular cleaning schedule and should remain closed when not in use.

Inspector Notes: Observed damaged and soiled flooring in several of the inspected rooms (see attached pictures). Observed water stained ceiling in room 101. Observed damaged to wall, vanity not properly sealed to wall, and chipping paint on wall and switch plate in room 109. Observed damaged wall in room 112. Observed dirty, stained floor near bedframe in room 114.

Inspector Notes: Air conditioning filters should be placed on cleaning schedules for each room (see attached pictures). Several air conditioning units for inspected rooms had soiled or broken filters. Rooms 101, 109, and 114 had damaged or soiled air filters.
