Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surfaces of several plastic trays used in the Duke ware are encrusted with a heavy build up of grease deposits. Also observed soiled food contact surface of Menumaster microwave. Observed black grease on the inside door of the unit. PIC/CFSM will have everything cleaned by 07/08/2025.

Inspector Notes: Observed metal utensils stored in a plastic container between uses in water at 105°F. Can not store utensils between uses in water less than 135°F. Explained proper temperature for storing utensils to employee and CFSM. COS: Container of water was removed.
