Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F in walk in cooler. TCS foods must be cold held at 41°F or below. See temperature log for said items. COS: CFSM discarded all of the food and will not hold TCS foods until WIC is operating properly. Contact EH when WIC is working properly.
