Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed containers of corn starch, flour, and rice not labeled. Any item out of its original packaging has to be labeled with its name. COS: PIC labeled all of the food containers.

Inspector Notes: Observed five wet wiping cloths laying on prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet wiping cloths used to wipe down food prep tables. COS: PIC removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Observed inspection report posted behind the counter on the side wall by drive thru. The public can not walk up and read report. Inspection has to be posted in public view and where one can walk up and read within one foot. COS: PIC posted inspection report in dining area.
