Inspector Notes: Observed TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) food held past the expiration dates. 1% low fat milk expired on 02/26/25 and on 03/03/25. Seven cartons were expired. CFSM started checking all of the other small milk cartons in Traulsen milk cooler in the lunchroom. TCS food has expired. COS: PIC removed all of the expired 1% milk.
