Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of 2-Dr refrigerator, 2-Dr Artic Air unit, GE Refrigerator, and fan on table. Observed bottom cabinet beside ice machine has water damage. Observed the cabinet not in good repair. Will have all items cleaned within three to five days. PIC stated they have already said the cabinet is going to be replaced. EH will check on it later this year.
