Primed areas not painted and/or flaking popcorn ceiling areas that need repair and painting. Observed wallpaper border in Room 212 curling and coming loose from wall near ceiling. All rooms noted are to be repaired and painted within 60 days. Remaining rooms throughout facility should be inspected and painted as needed prior to next inspection.

Inspector Notes: Observed loveseat in Room 211 appearing very stained and dirty and would not meet guest expectations of clean. Loveseat can be cleaned. But if staining is still present, loveseat is to be replaced within 60 days. Carpet appeared stained excessively in Room 211. Carpet is to be replaced per owner. Excessively stained carpet in all rooms to be cleaned. If excessive staining is present, replace carpet as owner stated prior to next inspection.
