Inspector Notes: Observed debris on the floors under and behind ice machine, coolers, freezers, and shelves. Observed damaged ceiling tiles in the dining room area which appears to be from water damage. Several stained ceiling tiles in the dining room area. PIC stated she will clean floors within two to three days. PIC stated she will contact Sams, the company that does the a/c work for Captain D’s, and replace damaged or stained ceiling tiles within two to three weeks.
