Inspector Notes: Observed large storage container holding wheat flour. Wheat flour is out of it’s original package and poured into the large food storage container. The container has to be labeled with the contents just like sugar, rice, etc. Anything out of it’s original package such as wheat flour has to be labeled. PIC/CFSM will have it labeled today.
