Inspector Notes: Observed TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods not date marked in Victory cooler located in kitchen. CFSM stated the items were opened Friday, 01/18/24. Items are RTE sliced pork ham and tuna. COS: PIC removed all items. The TCS foods ere held over 24 hours.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors and walls under and behind coolers and freezers in dining room area. Observed dead insects in windowsill also. PIC will have floors cleaned within three to five days.
