Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F in WIC. See temperature log for said items. COS: CFSM discarded product and will not use cooler until it can maintain proper temperature. TCS foods must be cold held at 41°F or below.

Inspector Notes: Observed tongs and scoop sitting in water at 63°F by drive thru. Can not store utensils in standing water that is not 41° or below, or 135° or above. COS: CFSM removed utensils and stored new ones on a clean surface.

Inspector Notes: Observed plumbing leak at front handwashing sink. Also back handwashing sink is out of order. CFSM stated they have ordered two new handwashing sinks and are waiting on them to arrive.
