Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of Continental freezer and Centaur freezer. Both with ice build up. Observed both units not in real good shape on the inside. Noticed a seal was not attached all the way on the door of the units. CFSM stated she will have both units cleaned and will replace/attach seal.
