Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed TCS foods held over 24 hours not date marked and having the wrong dates (past 7 days). TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods included one container of refried beans, no date; one container of cooked beef, no date; and one container of cooked rice, 6-8-26, past 7 days. All TCS foods held over 24 hours must be properly date marked and can not use or be kept over 7 days. COS: PIC properly date marked all items and discarded items held past 7 days.
