Inspector Notes: Observed raw bacon and raw eggs stored over avocados and cheese. Both avocados and cheese are ready to eat foods. All raw animal products must be stored below and separated from ready-to-eat foods to prevent contamination. COS: The raw bacon and eggs were moved to the bottom shelf away from ready-to-eat foods.
