Inspector Notes: Observed TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods held over 24 hours not properly date marked. No date marking on the whole milk, oat milk, and whipping cream. All TCS food held over 24 hours must have a date on them as to when it was opened, made, etc. COS: PIC put dates on all of the items.


12C – wiping cloths: properly used and stored

Inspector Notes: Observed several wet wiping cloths laying on food prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet cloths used to wipe down and sanitize food prep tables. COS: PIC removed all wet wiping cloths.
