Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed several wet wiping cloths laying on food prep tables and used to wipe down food prep tables. Wet cloths not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. COS: PIC removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Observed several stacked wet metal pans on shelf. Metal pans were stacked wet and not air dried before stacking. PIC stated he will discuss and remind employees not to stack the metal pans.
