Inspector Notes: Observed wet stacking metal pans on shelf in kitchen and plastic cups stacked wet at waitress station. Can not wet stack. Air drying is required. PIC will discuss with employees today.

Inspector Notes: Observed paint peeling on shelves at waitress station. Also missing cabinet door and one door hanging that is not installed right. Door not completely attached. PIC will leave have it corrected within three to five days.
