Inspector Notes: Observed wet wiping cloths used to wipe down food prep tables laying on food prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. COS: PIC removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of shelves in kitchen. Observed grease build up on metal shelf by flat grill and soiled coolers and freezers. Also observed soiled Winco warmers and soiled crates on shelf by/across from flat grill. General cleaning is needed for all shelves and equipment. Will have cleaning done in five to seven days.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors under and behind cooking equipment, shelves, coolers, and buffet area. Observed back door not sealing properly. Door has buildup on it. Door was dirty. Will clean floors within 7 to 10 days and seal back door by 01/01/2024. PIC stated they plan to replace back door over the holidays.
