NarrativeOn Sunday, June 11, 2023, at approximately 0240 hours, Sergeant Dustin Harvey responded to the area of 664 Quincy Highway, in reference to a Subject Who was Stabbed and Not Breathing. Upon arrival, Sergeant Harvey made contact with Traval Harris. Traval was lying in the middle of the road on Quincy Highway with a bloody nose and minor scratches to his body. Traval began crawling around in the middle of the road hallucinating about seeing people that were not there. Sergeant Harvey got his name and date of birth and ran him through Decatur/Grady 911. Traval came back wanted on Multiple Warrants.

NarrativeOn Sunday, June 11, 2023, at approximately 0305 hours, Decatur-Grady 911 advised units of a Structure Fire at 114 Pope Road. Deputy Jeremiah Millender arrived on scene at approximately 0325 hours and made contact with the Complainant, Monica Butler. Monica stated that at approximately 0300 hours, she was asleep in a small room, separated by a door from the kitchen, when she woke up noticing that it was difficult to breathe. Monica stated that she also observed an orange glow coming from the kitchen area, and when she got up, she saw that the kitchen wall was on fire.

NarrativeOn June, 10, 2023, at approximately 1:30 P.M. Sergeant Bradley Hanks, Lieutenant Patrick Trolinger, and Deputy Tyler Andrews responded to 114 Pope Rd. in reference to a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival Sgt. Hanks spoke to the complainant/offender, Monica Butler. She stated that Alfred Hampton had burned her clothes, and burned her table from inside the residence. Sgt. Hanks went to the door of the residence, and told Mr. Hampton to step outside from in the house. Mr. Hampton stepped outside and stated that he did not burn anything inside the residence, and did not know how the bonfire outside got started.
