A search of the vehicle yielded a Stolen Gun from North Carolina that was found in the purse of the driver. The driver, Shantrell Wynn was arrested for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. | Narrative | On Thursday, May 25, 2023, at approximately 1833 hours, complainant, Sharon Gurley, called 911 and requested a welfare check on Timothy Clinton. Deputy Tyler Millender spoke to Gurley on the phone and she was requesting a welfare check on him because she believes he and his wife are on drugs and have not been seen in over a week. Deputy Hughes reviewed the Sex Offender Files and learned that Clinton Sr. does not have a job registered with the Decatur County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Registry as well as does not have an address change from 370 Day Road to another address, which is a violation of O.C.G.A. 42-1-12. After speaking with Timothy Clinton, Jr., he believed Clinton Sr. was staying somewhere in "Vada" but did not know an actual address. Clinton Jr. told Deputy Millender that he believed Clinton Sr. was working up in "Vada". Timothy Clinton, Sr., was found and arrested. |
