NarrativeOn 5/28/2023, at approximately 0149 hours, Deputy Jeff Riggins was in the 300 block of Antioch Church Road, in reference to standing by with an ATV in the ditch.  While on scene, Deputy Riggins was approached by the juvenile; who stated her aunt, Julia Wells, punched her in the face twice and believed her left hand was broken.
