| Narrative | On Saturday, May 27th, 2023, Officer Tarnow and myself Sergeant Miller were patrolling the north side of Bainbridge and were parked at a stop light at Scott Street and Shotwell Street. While sitting at the light, myself and Officer Tarnow noticed a vehicle drive straight through the intersection, heading down Scott Street, and noticed that it had a tag frame that obstructed part of the registration plate. We then started following the car and ran the tag before initiating the stop. The vehicle's registration came back to a Reese Vassey of Forest City, North Carolina. We initiated the stop at the intersection of Water Street and Scott Street. We stopped on the 800 block of Water Street. |
