Inspector Notes: Observed expired whole milk in front cooler by bar area. Milk expired 05/09/23. Also, no date on milk when it was opened. COS: PIC discarded the milk.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of shelves, coolers (inside & outside), rolling cart, hand sink partition (rusted), microwaves, grill, and cooking equipment. Will have everything cleaned within three to five days and will replace partition at hand sink.

511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) – good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)

Inspector Notes: Observed mild/mildew along the wall of the three compartment sink. Also soiled walls in kitchen and back room. Also soiled floors under shelves and equipment. Will have floors and walls cleaned with five to seven days.
