Bainbridge, GA – The Bainbridge Decatur County Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the organization’s 97th year at the annual banquet on Tuesday, January 17th at the Charles H. Kirbo Center at 6pm. The event will include a year in review showcasing your Chamber’s many accomplishments for 2022. Lauren Minor, Chamber President, will recognize chamber members and community members that are making a difference in the Chamber and in our community. The Chamber will be presenting the Rising Star Award, Fast Start Recognition, Chamber Star Business, Corporate Citizen Award, Outstanding Committee Member, Outstanding Chamber Member, and Pioneer Award. The following community awards will be presented: Woman of the Year by the Pilot Club, Man of the Year by the Bainbridge Rotary Club, and Peace Officer of the Year by The Post Searchlight.
The awards portion of the banquet will conclude with the passing of the gavel from 2022 Chairman Darrell Cox to incoming Chairwoman Jennifer Cannon. The crowd will then adjourn to fellowship and enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and desserts by Kitchen South, an open bar and entertainment by the talented Anna Wescoat.
