| Narrative | On Tuesday, January 24th, 2023, Bainbridge Public Safety Investigators assisted the US Marshall's Fugitive task force in locating a wanted person from Florida. Officers were located at 1105 E Broughton Street, Bainbridge, Georgia from information provided by the US Marshalls. Officers made contact with the homeower of the residence at the front. At that time, the wanted person, Marrica Pennick was attempting to leave through the backdoor. Pennick saw law enforcement at the back door and then went back inside. Officers called Pennick outside through the front door where he was taken into custody without further incident. Pennick was confirmed wanted from Leon County, Florida. Corson later applied for a warrant on Pennick for Fugutive from Justice. This case is cleared by arrest. |
