Inspector Notes: Observed wet wiping cloths laying on food prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet wiping cloths are used to wipe down prep tables. COS: PIC removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of rolling cart, shelves throughout kitchen and storage area, microwave and potato slicer. Will have all things cleaned within three to five days.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors and walls in kitchen, under and behind three compartment sink, hand washing sink, and buildup of grease throughout kitchen. Will have floors and walls cleaned within five to seven days. Note: Handwashing sink also loose from wall.
