Inspector Notes: Observed foods (nuggets, strips, sliced potatoes) in BlueAir freezer uncovered and not protected from cross contamination. Also observed foods (raw fish filets and cooked chicken pieces) in WIC uncovered and not protected from cross contamination. Discussed uncovered foods with PIC. COS: PIC covered all uncovered foods at time of inspection.

Inspector Notes: Observed reach in cooler on the right of fryers having loose/hanging door gasket. Non-sealing gasket could affect cooler temperatures. PIC states gasket replacement will be researched/discussed with management. Gasket is to be replaced ASAP but not beyond 14 days.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed nonfood contact surfaces and equipment in kitchen (hand wash sink and sandwich press), WIC, and dishwashing area having accumulated grease, debris, and soiled surfaces which are not clean to sight and touch. Facility is to be cleaned at a frequency that will prevent accumulation of grease, dirt, and debris. All equipment, shelving, etc. is in need of deep clean and routine cleaning. PIC stated deep clean of areas noted will occur by 01/15/23.

Inspector Notes: Observed bad spraying leak from hose at mop sink in kitchen. PIC stated hose will be repaired or replaced by 12/29/22.

Inspector Notes: Observed grease buildup on floors and walls in kitchen and dishwashing area. Observed loose food/debris in WIC. Observed small sauce containers on floor of WIF. Observed food debris and similar on floors and under equipment and shelving, etc. All physical facilities are to be maintained in good repair and cleaned as often as necessary to be kept clean. PIC states floors and walls in kitchen, prep areas, dishwashing area, WIC, and WIF will be cleaned to sight and touch by 12/29/22.
