| Narrative | On Friday, December 23, 2022, at about 11:46 pm, I, Sergeant Toby Miller of the Bainbridge Public Safety Department, conducted a traffic stop on a gray, 2008, GMC Yukon, with a Georgia tag number of TER9467, for Failure To Maintain Lane. During the course of the investigation, I determined the driver, Lucy Stole, was operating the gray Yukon Under the Influence Of Alcohol. Georgia State Patrol Trooper Jacob Sanchez arrived during the early portion of the traffic stop. Due to his expertise in DUI investigations, the case was turned over to Trooper Sanchez. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Lucy Stole and a passenger, identified as Jermiah Misch. This case has been cleared by the arrests. |
