Inspector Notes: Observed several utensils (spoon, fork, strainer) stored in large bucket in water at 77° F. Cannot store utensils in water unless the water is at 135°F or above. COS: CFSM removed all utensils and will not store the utensils in water anymore.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of flour, sugar, and rice containers, shelves, microwave, and inside Turbo Air prep cooler. Will have all items cleaned within three to five days.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors and walls under and behind dishwasher, sinks, shelves, coolers, warmers, and front handwashing sink in cabinet. Observed cove molding separating from the wall under and behind dishwasher/three compartment sink. Will have floors and walls cleaned within five to seven days. Replace/repair cove molding within two weeks.
