Inspector Notes: Repeat: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of fan at bar area, shelves in kitchen, three compartment sink area, and equipment: fryers, coolers, etc. PIC/CFSM will have all items cleaned within five to seven days.

Inspector Notes: Observed damaged walls, wear in the three compartment sink area along the wall. Noticed floors at the three compartment sink area showing signs of wear. CFSM stated they plan to install FRP panels in the kitchen area in the near future.
