| Narrative | On or about Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 2:00 pm, I, Sergeant Toby Miller of the Bainbridge Public Safety Department spoke with Sanford Bernard Wallace in the front lobby of the Bainbridge Public Safety Department Headquarters. Wallace told me he needed some help, saying snakes and other things were chasing him and he needed some help. Wallace told me he takes medications for mental illness and would like a ride to the hospital; Wallace left his bicycle in the front parking lot of the agency and said he would come back and get it later. I transported him to the Bainbridge Memorial Hospital and took his bicycle into custody to prevent a theft on the agency's property. This incident report was completed to document the bicycle and it has been put in the bicycle storage area with a red tag attached to the frame. This report serves as documentation only. |
