Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surface of Manitowoc automatic ice machine on the first floor. Employee stated she gets ice from the unit and puts it in the water pitcher used by customers. Do not use any ice from the ice machine until it has been properly cleaned.

Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41° in the small refrigerator used in the serving area. TCS foods must be cold held at 41° or below. See temperature log for said items. COS: PIC removed all of the milk from the unit and discarded. Unit will be looked at before using it.
