Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41° in Avantco Unit. See temperature log for said items. CFSM discarded product and will use other unit.

Inspector Notes: Observed buckle in flooring by dishwasher. Observed soiled floors and walls throughout kitchen area. Will have three to five days to clean floors and walls. CFSM stated they are redoing the kitchen in the near future. CFSM will address the floor by the dishwasher.
