Inspector Notes: Observed large container used to store utensils. Utensils stored improperly. The food contact surface can not be stored with the food contact surface upright. Store utensils with handle up so employees grab handle and not food contact surface. COS: CFSM inverted utensils (large spoons, strainer, spatulas, wisks, etc.)
