On Saturday, April 9, 2022, at approximately 1850 hours, Deputy Vontrail Smith responded to 152 Pine Ridge Drive, Bainbridge Ga., in reference to Animal Problems. Upon arrival, Deputy Smith spoke with complainants, Stephanie Harrell, and Jermiah Trull. Jermiah advised Deputy Smith that 2 dogs were inside of his boat tearing up the seat cushions. Deputy Smith did observe a brown dog and a black dog inside of Jermiah and Stephanie’s boat. Deputy Smith recognized that the dogs belonged to Markees Blount, who lived at 144 Pine Ridge Drive.
