Frances Joie Dugan Henry, 45, of Russell, KS, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022.
The family will hold a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, 2022, at Bainbridge Church of God with Pastor Ryan Carnes officiating.

Frances Joie Dugan was born June 28, 1976, in Ft. Myers, FL, the daughter of Timothy Wayne & Faith Jewell Dugan. Though Joie spent most of her life in Southwest Georgia, she enjoyed living in the Midwest the last ten years. Her nature was to put others first and was often “caught” helping others. Making others happy came naturally to Joie. Spending time with friends and handling the duties of “big sister” made each day interesting. Joie lived for her children and one of the highlights of her life was taking on the new role of grandmother.
Survivors include her children, Nick Henry of Donalsonville and Rick Henry of Russell, KS; her granddaughter, Hailey Jean Henry; her parents, Timothy & Faith Dugan; her siblings, Billie Jo Sanders of Valdosta and April (Alonza) Guyton of Bainbridge; and a host of extended family.
