Dorothy Sherrer Brock, 73, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Bro. Greg Ford officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with Philip Moore, Danny Moore, Tommy Moore, Brad Lott, Chris Watson, and Harry Rich, Jr. serving as active pallbearers.

Dorothy Jean Brock was born February 14, 1948, in Cairo, GA the daughter of Joseph Duke Sherrer and Doris Berkovitz Sherrer. She loved being surrounded by her loved ones. She liked to play bingo with her nursing home friends and to do word search puzzles.
Survivors include her son, Michael Earl Brock of Whigham, GA; her siblings, Joseph D Sherrer, Jr. of Phoenix City, AL, Norman Sherrer, of Bainbridge, GA, and Juanita S. Maxwell and her husband, Larry, of Cairo, GA; her sisters-in-law, Sharon B. Rich and her husband, Harry, of Bainbridge, GA and Sandra B. Moore and her husband, Tommy, of Colquitt, GA; her mother-in-law, Gracie Brock Hunt, and her husband, Charles; and several nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Brock; one brother and one sister; and her parents.
