On Friday, November 26, 2021, at 2302 hours, Decatur Grady E911 advised that a Georgia State Patrol Trooper was in pursuit of a vehicle on Old Whigham Rd, passing Hunter Rd, heading East. At that time, Deputy Wooten was located at the intersection of Whigham Dairy Rd and Shotwell Street. Deputy Wooten activated his emergency lights and siren and proceeded East on Old Whigham Rd. Deputy Wooten was then advised that the pursuit had ended. Deputy Wooten arrived on scene at 2305 hours and observed Trooper Darren Heard placing handcuffs on a male subject, later identified as Dontorrious Davis. Trooper Heard requested that Davis be placed into the rear of Deputy Wooten’s patrol vehicle. Trooper Heard placed Davis into the rear of Deputy Wooten’s patrol vehicle, while he began his investigation. Deputy Wooten was then instructed to transport Davis to the Decatur County Jail.

On Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at approximately 1724 hours, Deputy Vontrail Smith responded to 2076 Tallahassee Hwy., Bainbridge, Ga., in reference to a Suspicious Person. Upon arrival, Deputy Smith spoke with the complainant, Trent Heard, who stated that there was a strange woman, in his back yard and walking around his house. Trent advised Deputy Smith that he did not know who the woman was. Deputy Smith spoke with the subject, who identified herself as Anna Marie Henderson.
